The year 2024 started with the delivery of 7 babies on New Year’s day. There were 5 male babies and 2 female babies. So, we started with giving the 7 mothers and their relatives joy of gifts from God. There were several episodes of cheering whenever relatives arrived to find a new baby. An additional pleasing thing is that all these women would have received the Gospel at Mashoko Christian Hospital while they were waiting to go into labor. PRAISE THE LORD!
Here are of the mothers with their babies:
EL NINO EFFECT:
The El Nino effect affected harvests in the southern part of Zimbabwe negatively. May be around 25% of the farmers in this area have had good harvests. We have not seen cases of malnutrition at the hospital as yet. We may have to approach you for assistance in this respect when we start seeing starving people. Kindly pray with us that we will not have starving children at Mashoko Christian Hospital.
USA VISAS
Dinah and I were given visas by the US Embassy in Zimbabwe. Surprisingly, after we sent in online applications, we received an email informing us that Dinah and I have been put in a category where we no longer needed to go to the Embassy for personal interviews. Instead, we needed to print out our application and the Confirmation page and take them to the Embassy with the visa fee of $185 per person. In other years, the visa fee used to be $160 per person. Within 6 days we received the visas. PRAISE THE LORD! Thank you for praying with us. Visas are good for traveling to the USA as many times as US Immigration would permit during the following 12 months the visa is valid. We plan on coming to the USA around July 15 this year and staying until mid-December. We are still making arrangements about who will get in touch with you to book for our visits.
Suspicion Mudzanire our Director of Administration and Evangelism and really the one who is currently running our ministry was not classified with us. But he is going to be interviewed on Wednesday April 17. Kindly pray with us so that he gets a visa. We would love for you to meet him and to know, trust and love him as you have done us. He has been denied 4 times in previous years. KINDLY PRAY FERVENTLY.
AEROPLANE TICKETS AND TRAVEL EXPENSES WITHIN THE USA:
We are kindly requesting you in your different Churches and as individuals to make special donations towards the air fare for Suspicion. God has already provided for the ticket funds for Dinah and I. We also are requesting for funds for travel and food while we are in the USA. Of course, our children will provide everyday food. Here we are talking about food during our travels before we come to your Churches. Many partners give us food when we get to their Churches and at times money for food. We thank you for that.
An Economy class fare is from $2500 to $2700. This may go up if we delay in paying.
Kindly send all donations to:

FAMILY:
Dinah and I are in good health. So are our son Kudakwashe David, his wife Clareen Tatenda and their 5-month-old daughter Aitaishe (The Lord has done it) Nesta Dinah who are staying with us.
Nesta is growing up fast. Yesterday we were at our family farm (where my family grew up with her. See pictures:

I was one of the Speakers at this year’s National Youth Conference of the Churches of Christ and Christian Churches at the Pemberton Station in Gutu District. My topic was: CHRISTIAN CHURCHES/CHURCHES OF CHRIST DOCTRINE IN THE MIDST OF DIVERSITY AND DYNAMIC DOCTRINES. Many young people in Zimbabwe are attracted by style of worship than Doctrine. So they are foundationless.
